I’m Scott Guthrie, the proud owner of SG Advantage Carpet Upholstery Coating Polishing.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I always had an entrepreneurial spirit, so growing up, I began mowing lawns and doing odd jobs for neighbors. Later, in high school, I progressed to running a mobile mechanics enterprise, which was a lot of fun.

I continued this business after completing college. However, In 2013, I decided to take a sabbatical from my technological project to try my hand at something new.

Subsequently, I got into the cleaning industry and soon found that taking care of hard surfaces was an art form that I enjoyed. After a couple of years of learning the ropes, I decided to launch a floor maintenance company in 2014.

Over the past six years, I’ve developed a family-style business by growing a friendly team that is punctual and always puts the customer first. I’m also meticulous and use the best equipment, which ensures that I consistently produce quality craftsmanship.

As a result, I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my fair pricing, which has made me successful. Besides, I attribute my success to standing by my work.

I’m proud that the public trusts my brand values and legitimacy, which has made me the go-to guy for flooring. Consequently, witnessing the happy reactions on my clients’ faces after completing a job fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I’m not fitting flooring, I live each day to the fullest by going hiking, biking, camping, and fishing. I also love spending quality with my family and doing yard work.
